TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and resumeai, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the "Company," "we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of the resumeai platform as well as any other websites, media channels, mobile websites, or mobile applications operated by us, where these Terms are made available (collectively, the "Platform").

Our service operates globally, which means that different laws may apply depending on your place of residence. These Terms apply to all users, regardless of geographic location, to the extent that they are legally enforceable in the user's place of residence.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that by using the Platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of its provisions, including any additional terms that apply to you based on your place of residence. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS (INCLUDING ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS), YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND MUST IMMEDIATELY CEASE USE.

Additional terms and documents that may be posted on the Platform from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated by reference into these Terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and deemed to have been made aware of and accepted, the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Platform after the date such revised Terms are posted.

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• all registration information, including your CV and career preferences, will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
• you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it;
• you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms;
• you are at least 18 years old;
• you will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means (e.g., bots);
• you will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
• your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you purchase a subscription to one or more of our services, you may cancel it at any time by logging into your account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period.

resumeai offers paid services in the form of subscriptions. You may choose a monthly subscription, which will automatically renew.

We are unable to offer refunds, as the costs of data processing and document customization using advanced AI algorithms are incurred immediately upon the start of service use.

The subscription automatically renews for the same term after the agreed period expires. If you do not want the subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings (under "Payments"). Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund or credit for fees already charged or paid.

resumeai reserves the right to change prices and offerings (e.g., number of available matches, additional AI features) at any time. If you have an active subscription, price changes will not affect you until the next billing cycle.

You may not use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user, you agree not to:

• Share login credentials to allow multiple users to access one account.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
• Use the Platform to advertise or offer to sell goods or services.
• Use the Platform to compete with us, especially in CV matching and AI content generation services.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or use their name.
• Use information obtained from the Platform to harass, abuse, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using robots or data extraction tools.
• Collect usernames and/or email addresses of users for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails.
• Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the use of the Platform.
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

By submitting or posting your Contributions to the Platform, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide right and license to store, use, display, and create derivative works from your Contributions for the purpose of providing our services, improving the Platform, and developing new services, particularly AI mechanisms for analyzing and matching application documents. You waive all moral rights to your Contributions.

We do not claim any ownership rights in your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all your Contributions and any intellectual property or other rights associated with them. We are not responsible for any statements or representations in your Contributions.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• monitor the Platform for violations of these Terms;
• take appropriate legal action;
• remove or restrict access to your Contributions that we deem inappropriate.
